Delving into safety and security programs, policies, procedures, processes, and training
We will look and learn whether your security department/ staff have the skillsets, leadership and expertise to address known and reasonably perceivable threats, risks and opposition
Active shooter threat assessment

and vision. Evaluating any constraints, reviewing cost, value considerations
and other operational requirements.
